Every purchase of Pawse is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with it for any reason, or no reason at all, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund. No forms, no surveys, no friction.
2How to request a refund
To request a refund, email contact@pawsetime.com from the same address you used at checkout, and let us know you'd like a refund. Include your license key if you have it handy, it helps us find your purchase faster, but it's not required.
3Refund method & timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. We process refund requests promptly, usually within a couple of business days. From there, it can take your bank or card provider a few additional business days to show the funds back in your account.
4What happens to your license
Once a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and the Software will stop accepting it for activation. If you'd like to use Pawse again later, you're welcome to purchase a new license at any time.
5Exceptions & fair use
Our guarantee is built on trust, and almost everyone who asks for a refund gets one without any back-and-forth. The only situations where we may decline or look into a request further are:
- The request is made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- We can't locate a matching purchase under the email address provided
- We see a pattern of repeat purchase-and-refund activity that looks like it's being used to get the Software for free on an ongoing basis
If any of these come up, we'll always reach out and talk it through with you before making a final decision.
