Having trouble installing or activating Pawse? Email us with a quick description of what's happening and the platform you're on (Mac or Windows). Including a screenshot helps a lot if you can.
If the issue is with activation, it also helps to mention the email address you used at checkout, that's how we locate your license.
3Refunds
Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, email contact@pawsetime.com from the address you used at checkout and let us know you'd like one. You can read the full details in our Refund Policy.

Each Pawse license covers one computer. If you're setting up multiple seats for a team and want to talk through options, email us, we're happy to help figure out the right setup for your group.
